hi, it seems everytime I come they mess up my drinks and I kinda think it’s done perfectly but the drinks i ordered are simple, like a caramel macchiato is a drink on their menu and most of the time it’s basically all milk even after mixing the color isn’t what it’s supposed to be. And today i ordered and payed extra for a topping and they didn’t even put it on which makes no sense it seemed like they wanted me out of the drive through quick so I wouldn’t notice but I do notice I’m just not very confrontational so it’s hard I just let this shi happen. Please can we retrain the employees and maybe send them back to school so they can know how to read? We should h have to ask for things to be added that are already applied to the order it should just be made right.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great service, friendly staff, and a clean, welcoming atmosphere. My drink was made perfectly and came out quickly. The team was polite and made the whole experience enjoyable. Definitely one of the best Starbucks locations I’ve visited. I’ll be coming back!

I’ve been visiting this Starbucks since I moved to the area a bit over two years ago, I’ve had a few poor experiences but there is one thing that has always stayed amazingly consistent, Shelby. She’s always working the drive through window and she has always been nothing but wonderful. I’m sure she’s been there forever and I really hope her work is recognized and she’s getting the compensation she deserves there. The other employees are great too!

everytime i come to this specific starbucks they mess up my order. i even tried to correct it at the screen she tells me it’s the same thing. I order a grande iced blonde vanilla latte (which is a starbucks signature drink) and every time they ring me out for a regular latte and add everything on for extra charges. First of all im being charged extra and second the coffee they serve me instead is always nasty and bitter . literally go to any other starbucks where they are competent.
